The Apprenticeship Program

Overall Purposes for the Apprenticeship Program

• Learning to be reliably and creatively responsible.
• Sourcing and generating wonder and other transformational shifts.
  
• Mastering presencing during full cycles of energy and feeling.
  
• Using everything that you experience to facilitate transformation.
  
• Using body wisdom principles from our books and the relationship practices by choice while inspiring others to do the same.
  
• Choosing wonder while releasing fascination with personal stories. This practice is greatly enhanced by the ongoing practice of getting open to learning and making conscious commitments.

Program Content

Participants enter the program after graduating from the Foundation seminar. Participants may enter at any time after completing Foundation. Apprentices with more experience create mentoring relationships with newer apprentices.

There are two groups of skills that the Apprentice Program builds. The first focuses on developing internal skills that include:

• Energetically holding the space for the training participants and the overall training purpose.
  
• Observing, including learning to see and shift unconscious patterns.
  
• Utilizing the power of intention to be of service to yourself and others.
  
• Wondering and playing with the relationship between intention and tangible result.
  
• Making the primary transformational shifts, such as magnifying, loving and breathing.

The second group of skills focuses on making active interventions with training participants, such as:

• Refining flag moves and advanced interventions.
  
• Making effective, friendly and economical interventions.
  
• Designing and implementing personal application of apprentice program to your personal and professional life.

The Apprenticeship Program requires a two year commitment. Enrollment is limited, so give careful consideration to your level of interest and commitment to the program. A $300 non-refundable application fee is applied. Please contact enroll@hendricks.com for more details.
