What gifts can present stresses contribute to full and creative lives?
We have developed and refined a whole-systems, integrative approach to embracing our human developmental gifts and re-weaving a seamless experience of wholeness. These disruptions in presence, aliveness and our capacity to connect, that for many of us got interrupted early in life, often result in a fragmented sense of self, significant challenges within our close relationships, and dampened creativity and playfulness throughout life. When we bring consciousness to those aspects of ourselves that we couldn’t occupy at the time, we open space to generate and integrate new possibilities. With conscious, curious and kind attention, we can reclaim our birthright of full vitality and whole-hearted co-creativity moving forward. This intensive is designed for both healing professionals and individuals who want to expand their direct experience of joy, and to bring presence and love to the gaps, whether developmental or cultural. We’ll be sharing a comprehensive map to reclaiming your full self through whole-body activities that address both the resolution and liberation of trauma energies and how to re-direct this energy in support of new somatic and relational choices and contexts.
Katie and Audrey have been colleagues, facilitators and friends for over 18 years and have partnered with hundreds of people to reclaim their original essence maps and bring forth their unique presence in the world.
