Presence, Connect, Play

Full Continuous Participation with Consciousness & Transformation

Kathlyn Hendricks and Russ Hudson, both world renowned teachers, authors & collaborators, are coming together for the first time to spark new openings, new insights, and new ways of engaging transformation in our daily lives.

They are particularly excited to discover what emerges as they bring together their methods of how to

  • expand the range of presence we can access
  • connect & relate authentically with others and with groups
  • become continuously available to engage emerging changes, choices & contexts

Both Katie & Russ have touched the lives of millions through their books and through the millions of miles they’ve each flown around the world in response to the global demand for their respective bodies of work. They have inspired generations of teachers and other leaders who have built upon their work.

This will be the first time that students of both the Enneagram and of the Hendricks’ transformation practices will be able to directly experience the overlap of these two methods with the masters themselves. In addition to their backgrounds and their bodies of work, these two individuals generate a palpable field of love and playful creativity when they meet. We hope you will join us for what promises to be a wildly creative, humorous, loving and alive exploration!

Russ Hudson is one of the principal scholars and innovative thinkers in the Enneagram world today. He has been teaching all levels of Enneagram programs in many settings throughout the world since 1991, and has co-authored five major Enneagram books, including the Wisdom of the Enneagram.
Russ holds a degree in East Asian Studies from Columbia University in New York, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

After over a quarter of a century of teaching the Enneagram work across the planet, Russ has focused powerfully on the developmental aspects of the system more than simply describing personality styles. He uses the Enneagram to develop presence in people and help them go beyond psychological patterns to the deeper resources of their consciousness, allowing much greater inner freedom and creativity. He also trained for years in some of the original teachings behind the Enneagram to learn, experientially, the inner dynamics of the system, and takes students far beyond a static way of typing people. Russ has often been quoted as saying “The real Enneagram does not put you in a box. It shows you the box you did not realize you were already in and shows you the way out.”

Russ is a co-founder of the Enneagram Institute, and is a Founding Director and former Vice-President of the International Enneagram Association.

Kathlyn (Katie) Hendricks, Ph.D., BC-DMT, is an evolutionary catalyst and contextual disruptor who creates transformational collaboration around the world. She considers her life and relationship a living laboratory and invites others into co-creation free of drama and conflict. Author of twelve books with her husband Gay, she has been a pioneer in the fields of body intelligence and conscious loving for well over three decades, internationally inspiring professionals from many fields in the core skills of conscious living and conscious loving. She earned a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and has been a Board Certified-Dance/Movement Therapist of the American Dance Therapy Association since 1975.

Katie leads advanced programs of study at the Hendricks Institute, including the two year Leadership and Transformation (LAT) program, which focus on presence through continual contact with direct experience & wielding attention, integrity as a chosen structure which can replace the default structures of personality, how to lead from contact with what is emerging, and how to navigate by choice through multiple layers of inner and outer context.

Katie directs the Foundation for Conscious Living, a non-profit, creating a world in which everyone enjoys a flow of appreciation and co-creation, in an evolutionary (instead of fear-based) context.
